We offer standard shipping within Australia. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the dispatch date. Delivery times may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or peak shopping times.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value, if specified.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

HerCloset.au is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If this happens, please reach out to the courier directly using your tracking number. You can also email us at herclosetaus@gmail.com, and we will help as much as we can.

 

Delivery Address

Please make sure all delivery information is complete and correct. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been shipped.

 

Pre-order Items (if applicable)

If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be sent once all items are available. Estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page.
