• All items are handpicked, and most are made in limited quantities; availability cannot be guaranteed once sold out.

 

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars), unless stated otherwise.

• Prices do not include shipping fees or international taxes/duties.

• We accept payments through secure methods shown at checkout.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

 

Orders & Acceptance 

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

• Orders may be cancelled if:

• The product becomes unavailable.

• Payment cannot be processed.

• Information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

• You will be notified via email if your order is cancelled.

 

Shipping & Delivery 

• Shipping details and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

• Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Once the parcel has been sent, responsibility is transferred to the customer and the courier.

 

Returns & Refunds 

• Returns are only accepted for full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, pending approval.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, particularly for premium materials like fur and leather or limited-edition pieces.
